 Registration Information
The Workshop (May 23-25) will be held at the Alumni Center of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. The registration fee is $170.00 on or before May 1 (*$80.00 for full-time students), $200.00 after May 1 or at the meeting. The fee for the optional short course on Monday morning is $75 . Note: Students and those with registration waivers must also pay to attend the short course. Credit card payment will be accepted for online registration only. Cash, check, or money order will be accepted for online, mail-in, and onsite registration.
*A limited number of financial grants are available to students, with preference given to students presenting a poster or paper. These grants include money toward travel and lodging as well as waiver of the student registration fee. Please apply for financial grants as early as possible, as they are limited. Short-course registration begins at 8:30 am on Monday. Attendance is limited, so pre-registration is recommended. Workshop registration begins at 11:30 am on Monday. Please make checks or money orders payable to “MBSW” if sending payment via mail. Directions to the Alumni Center, and other general information will be sent to you via email upon receipt of your registration.
The registration fee includes a conference memento, Monday luncheon, Tuesday and Wednesday continental breakfasts and luncheons, Monday evening get-acquainted mixer, and Tuesday evening banquet dinner at the Ball State Alumni Center. The short course fee also includes Monday continental breakfast.
Casual
attire is encouraged at all events.
A refund will be made only for cancellations received
on or before May 1.
